COLD WATERS tells the story of an extraordinary and daring adventure. Photographer Niklas and skipper Joscha set off from Germany, head for Norway, sail past the Shetland and Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and down the east coast of Canada and the U.S. into the Caribbean. Driven forward by the wind and their curiosity, the adventurers clock up 10 000 nautical miles. On the North Atlantic route, the bitter cold creeps into their bunks, storms lash their faces and giant waves fill them with awe. But no matter where Niklas and Joscha drop anchor in this vast wilderness, they are richly rewarded. The natural beauty of the wild archipelagos and magnificent glaciers is theirs alone to explore.
